It's Carol here to let you know what's new at Video Magic.

Well this week we have quite a few really good movies that have been released. I am sorry that I didn't get to e-mail you last week. Life has been really hectic at my house. Erica has started back to school and Justin has been working on his homework and we have been getting caught up on assorted things so before I knew it the week was over and I hadn't sent out my weekly newsletter. I have listed some of the movies that I have watched this week and I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.

As always I would like to say Thank you for renting your movies and games at Video Magic. I would also like to let you know that without wonderful customers like you, there would be no Video Magic.

The Fast & The Furious: Tokyo Drift (We Recommend)

If you liked the other Fast and The Furious movies, then you will love this one. It is as action packed as the other two with just as good of a story plot. I give this one a We Recommend.

Action/Crime. Rated PG-13.

Young American is caught in Japanese world of drift racing.

Starring Lucas Black, Bow Wow, Nathalie Kelley.

Curious George (We Recommend)

If you are wanting to take a trip back to your past when you first read about Curious George in Kindergarten then this is the movie for you. Sit down with your kids and take a trip back to when you loved Curious George. This is a great movie for the entire family. I give this move a really big We Recommend.

Family/Childrens. Rated G.

Man finds adventures and friendship with little monkey.

Animated.

Also try: Piglet's Big Movie, Madeline

The Lake House (We Recommend)

If you're in the mood for Love then this is the movie for you. Great Love Story. Very touching. Great Story line with outstanding acting. Two really great actors. I give this one a really big We Recommend.

Drama/Romance. Rated PG.

Couple exchanges love letters despite being years apart.

Starring Keanu Reeves, Sandra Bullock, Lynn Collins.

This is such a wonderful movie. It is a comedy, drama and adventure all rolled up into one. If you want a movie that will make you laugh and cry at the same time, then this is the one for you. I give this movie a really big We Recommend.

Greg's Family Fun Tip For The Week!

This week I would like to suggest that you take your family to Fun Expeditions for a really fun family outing. Our son Justin just turned seven and we had his birthday party at Fun Expedition in Johnson City and we had a wonderful time. There are Video Games, Batting Cages, Indoor and Outdoor Go-Carts, Mini Bowling, Rock Climbing and tons of other stuff that you can enjoy doing with your family. They have a deal where you can take a family of four and play the games for 2 hours and eat at the buffet for only $100.00. This might sound expensive but when you think of all that you get for that $100.00 it is well worth it. The time you get to spend with your family is priceless. I hope you try this and have a wonderful time.

Answer To Trivia

Music is often overlooked in its contribution to a film. On the other hand, sometimes a film's soundtrack transcends the movie. A case in point just happens to be the biggest selling soundtrack of all time.
The Bodyguard was by most accounts an average movie starring Kevin Costner. The movie also featured the big screen debut of music superstar Whitney Houston. Houston was also featured heavily on the film's soundtrack. It charted three top 10 singles including the Dolly Parton cover "I Will Always Love You." The soundtrack has sold 17 million copies in North America according to the RIAA.

One of this year's biggest selling soundtracks also comes from an unlikely candidate. The Curious George soundtrack from folk/pop music star Jack Johnson debuted at number one on the album chart and earned two top 10 singles. It was the first soundtrack to an animated film to top Billboard's album chart since Pocahontas in 1995.

The classic storybook Curious George comes to life in this beautiful movie starring Will Ferrell as the Man in the Yellow Hat. Watch it on DVD today.
