Greetings [FirstName] [LastName]

It's Carol here again to tell you what's new at Video Magic.

This week has been a week for comedies at Video Magic. And some of them are pretty good movies. As usual I am going to tell you about the ones that I recommend.

Scary Movie 4: My daughter Erica watched this one and she said that it was really funny. If you like all of the other Scary Movie movies, you are sure to enjoy this one. Erica gives this one a WE Recommend !!

The Scary Movie gang is back for their funniest, most fearless installment yet, featuring an avalanche of hysterical celebrity cameos, including Carmen Electra, Charlie Sheen, Dr. Phil, Shaquille O’Neal, and Lil’ John, plus many more fun surprises!

This time, the loveable, dim-witted Cindy (Anna Faris) and her overheated pal Brenda (Regina Hall) return to help clueless hero Tom (Craig Bierko) save the world from a ruthless alien invasion. In true Scary Movie tradition, the story weaves through a series of hilarious and twisted parodies of movies like War of the Worlds, The Grudge, The Village, and Saw.

In Scary Movie 4, nothing – and we mean NOTHING – is off limits!

Starring: Anna Faris, Leslie Nielsen, Regina Hall, Simon Rex, Carmen Electra, Shaquille O'Neal, Dr. Phil McGraw, Drew Mikuska, Craig Bierko, Conchita Campbell, Chingy, DeRay Davis, John Reardon, Chris Williams, Charlie Sheen, Bill Pullman, Debra Wilson, Anthony Anderson, Michael Madsen

RV: The Salyer Family watched this movie over the weekend and it was a pretty good family movie. If you get a chance, sit down with the family and enjoy this movie. The Salyer family gives this one a big We Recommend!!

Bob Munro (Robin Williams), an overworked executive, persuades his wife and children to give up their Hawaiian vacation for some “family bonding” on a cross-country RV trip.

Through a series of misadventures, including constant run-ins with an overly friendly troupe of full-time RV’ers, Bob inadvertently learns the true meaning of family.

Starring: Robin Williams, Josh Hutcherson, Cheryl Hines, JoJo, Jeff Daniels, Kristin Chenoweth, Will Arnett, Hunter Parrish

Hoot: Juanita watched this movie today in the Video Store and she said that this movie was a really cute family movie. If you are looking for a movie for the entire family to enjoy you need to watch Hoot. Juanita gives this movie a really big WE Recommend for the entire family.

From Walden Media (The Chronicles of Narnia franchise) and based on the best-selling book, Hoot is a classic story that is fun for all ages.

When a boy and his classmates realize that a population of endangered, burrowing owls is threatened by new construction, the kids decide to take on crooked politicians and bumbling cops in the hope of saving their new friends.

Starring: Logan Lerman, Brie Larson, Luke Wilson, Cody Linley, Tim Blake Nelson, Jimmy Buffett, Clark Gregg, Jessica Cauffiel, Dean Collins, Eric Phillips, Kiersten Warren, Neil Flynn, Robert Wagner

Trivia Answer

Answer To Trivia

OK, we'll admit that Shaquille O'Neal's acting debut as a basketball phenom in Blue Chips wasn't exactly a stretch. He did go on to a couple of showcase roles in the mostly kid movies Kazaam and Steel.

Shaq decided to go back to the court shortly thereafter to concentrate on his basketball career. However, he does make a cameo as himself (along side Dr. Phil) in the hit comedy Scary Movie 4. See the latest in the horror spoofing series now on DVD.
