It's Carol here to let you know what's New and Hot at Video Magic.
There are about 8 New movies this week and don't forget the great New movies from the past few weeks!!! Keep on reading for my suggestions. Hopefully this will help you pick out a great movie to watch.

Over the weekend my family watched Casino Royale and I was really surprised at how good it was. It is action packed and just an all around good movie. It is Rated PG-13 for intense sequences of violent action and torture and it contains sexual content and brief nudity so be your own judge as to letting the kids watch it. I give this movie a really big
WE RECOMMEND!!

As always I would like to say Thank YOU for renting your games and movies at Video Magic. Without our loyal customers like you, there would be NO Video Magic.

Greg's Family Fun Tip

Go to Video Magic and adopt a beautiful black cat. This cat will bring your family many hours of enjoyment. Justin has a solid black cat named Piggy and he  really enjoys playing with her. Justin and Piggy go on many pretend army adventures. Piggy has been a German and a Russian. Piggy can be whatever enemy Justin decides she is going to be. Piggy has also been a cannon. Justin raises her tail up and screams fire in the hole, fire in the hole. He pretends that Piggy can shoot out cannon balls. Piggy is very loyal to Justin and she loves to play hide and seek. She will hide behind the door or cabinet and jump out when she sees Justin coming.  Piggy plays along with Justin's pretend adventures. Pets can bring lots of enjoyment to families. Just ask Justin and Piggy.

Trivia Answer

Answer To Trivia

Sometimes, after the completion of a movie, a director is so dissatisfied with the final product that he or she wants to remove themselves from the credits. In those cases, the common name "Alan Smithee" is used.

The process began in 1969 when the director of Death of a Gunfighter was replaced after a spat with the star. Neither the original director nor his replacement wanted credit so they decided upon using the pseudonym of Alan Smithee. The Director's Guild of America decided to continue the practice of using the Smithee name.

That is until the 1997 movie An Alan Smithee Film: Burn Hollywood Burn brought attention to the tradition. The DGA then decided to create a new pseudonym for each situation. The first new name used was "Thomas Lee" for the 2000 movie Supernova. (Walter Hill was the true director of the sci-fi film.)
